Regency is able to provide experienced technicians (some of our technicians have over 30 years of experience in the industry) who are able to detect and repair any problems you may have with your medical equipment. All of our technicians are familiar and experienced with the wide variety of equipment we sell. These technicians regularly attend manufacturers’ training seminars to ensure they are up to date with the latest modifications and technology.

Delivery

Regency offers delivery of all of our products. In the case where there is a larger item or an item that requires installation or set-up we also provide installation services. Again, we will also provide instructions in proper use and care of the equipment to the customer or caregiver.

Long-Term Care and Rehab

Regency has a large department that sells long-term care and rehabilitative equipment including power and manual wheelchairs, scooters, hospital beds, stair lifts and transfer devices, as well as a variety of other specialized equipment. We have a team of highly qualified professional rehab consultant who work with Therapists, Long Term Care and Assisted Living Facilities, as well as the general public to determine the appropriate type of medical equipment that is required for each individual. Our Rehab Consultants have many years of experience in providing the right equipment for each individual.
