Regency has a full service department with qualified service technicians. We provide Service, Repairs, Delivery & Set up, and Instruction of the equipment. All of our service technicians have extensive training and provide outstanding quality service. Some of our technicians have over 30 years of experience in the industry.
Service & Maintenance
Regular maintenance is key in keeping your equipment running smoothly. We have qualified technicians available to perform regularly scheduled inspections and maintenance of your equipment. Regency is able to provide experienced technicians who are able to detect and repair a problem with your medical equipment. All of our technicians are familiar with the wide variety of equipment we sell. The technicians attend manufacturers training seminars regularly so are always up to date with the latest technology!
Regency offers delivery of all of its products. If it is a larger item that requires installation or set up we send a technician along to ensure that proper installation and set up is done. We also provide the customer with proper instruction and use of the equipment.
Regency can provide warranty repair for the products it sells based on manufacturer warranties.
