Our philosophy has always been to “Put People First” we try to anticipate and try to be there with the right product at the right time! Above all, we want to ensure that all our customers are Safe, Comfortable, Independent and as Mobile as possible!
We ask in exchange that all our customers respect the following returns policies:
General Returns Policy
• All Refunds must be claimed within three (3) days of product received.
• Returns accepted for refund must be in original package and unused.
• 20% Re-stocking charge on all acceptable returned items.
• Product is to be returned pre-paid to Regency Medical Supplies or it will be refused.
Due to Health Regulations
Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on: Sterile Products, Support Items (any garment worn against the body), Medical Devices/Equipment/Diagnostic Items (producst that touch the body/skin), Incontinence Products, Sleep Surfaces, Seating Products, Custom-made Equipment.
Pandemic products are non-returnable: Gloves, N95 Respirators, Face Masks, Isolation Gowns, Hand Sanitizers.
