Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: 90% of our customers receive their order within 5 to 7 business days within BC, 7 to 10 business days within Canada and 10-14 business days outside Canda. Actual delivery times depends on a number of factors including whether or not you live in a metropolitan area. We ask you to allow up to 10 business days in case of delays outside of our control, however rest assured that we guarantee our orders 100% against non delivery or damage during shipping.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We use Canada Post for the delivery of our products. The cost of shipping will depend upon the size, weight and optional speed delivery of your order which will be calculated through the check out process.
Q: Do I need a prescription to order from you?
A: Many of the products we sell do not require a prescription. If a prescription is required for medical/insurance coverage, just fax a copy of your prescription to 604-435-8150

A: Please contact us immediately on toll free 1-800-663-1012 within British Columbia or 604-434-1383 outside of British Columbia, or email us at admin@regencymed.com We try to ship our orders as soon as possible and are often sent out on the same day as the order is made, so it’s important that you let us know of any changes as soon as possible.

Q: I am having trouble accessing your shopping cart, what am I doing wrong?
A: The most likely reason you will have trouble accessing the shopping cart is due to the cookies setting on your computer. Depending on your security settings you may need to allow cookies from our site. To do this at the top of the screen in your web browser, click on "Tools" then "Internet Options" then "Privacy" and then "Sites." Once in the "sites" screen, type in www.regencymed.com, click on "allow" and then click on "OK" and close your screen.
Q: I’m not happy with my order, what can I do?
A: Our philosophy has always been to Put People First. We try to anticipate and try to be there with the right product at the right time! Above all, we want to ensure that all our customers are Safe, Comfortable, Independent and as Mobile as possible!
We ask in exchange that all our customers respect the following returns policies.

• All Refunds must be claimed within three (3) days of product received.
• Returns accepted for refund must be in original package and clean.
• 20% Re-stocking charge on all acceptable returned items.
• Product is to be returned pre-paid to Regency Medical Supplies or it will be refused.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on: Sterile Products, Support Items (any garment worn against the body), Medical/Diagnostic Items (any products that touch the body/skin), Incontinence Products, Cushions, Pillows, Custom-made Equipment.
